Cheese

I like cheese. Liking cheese makes sense in Britain, whose dairy industry is its single largest agricultural sector.

We have the British Cheese Board and the Specialist Cheesemakers Association to promote this tasty, nutritious product. Every year in September we have the British Cheese Week. If you’re in the States, my fellow blogger John Bryan-Hopkins tells us that you don’t have to wait – today is National Cheese Lovers’ Day. I say that every day is a cheese lovers’ day and I’m not waiting.
